Combining his entrepreneurial background with a lifelong passion for boating, Laurent saw an opportunity to modernize the yacht charter experience through better technology, stronger operational systems, and a customer-first approach.
Today, YCN Miami leverages advanced CRM systems, automated workflows, digital contracts, and real-time fleet management to provide a smoother charter experience for clients, brokers, and yacht owners alike.
Estelle Ruben
Operations & Marketing
Introducing Estelle who has spent half or her life in France and the other half in the US. She is also Lauren’t other half. With a dynamic blend of innovation and expertise, Estelle oversees every aspect of yacht operations and marketing with precision and finesse.
From coordinating seamless charters to ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and safety, she leads her team with a passion for delivering unparalleled luxury experiences on the water.
Etienne Bidart
Business Development
Growing up in Nice, France, his international experiences studying in South Africa, the United States, and France have given him a global perspective that he now applies to the yachting industry. With hands-on experience in St. Tropez, he understands the intricacies of luxury yacht operations and client expectations.
Etienne is dedicated to leading the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, and ensuring seamless client relationship management through CRM optimization.
Nairovys Lopez
Online platforms & Back-office
Nairovys manages YCN Miami’s online platforms and oversees key back-office operations. She ensures the company’s systems run smoothly, supporting efficient workflows, accurate data management, and seamless coordination across the team.
Her organization, reliability, and attention to detail help keep the YCN Miami charter program operating at a high standard.
Arnaud Constans
Bagatelle Dock Master
Jovan serves as Dock Master at Bagatelle Miami River, where he oversees daily marina operations and ensures a smooth arrival and departure experience for every vessel. With strong coordination skills and a hands-on approach, he manages dock logistics, safety procedures, and communication with captains and crew.

Tom Ruben
Bagatelle Dock Master
Tom supports marina operations at Bagatelle Miami River as Dock Master Assistant, helping ensure smooth and efficient dock activity each day. He assists with vessel arrivals and departures, coordinates with captains and crew, and helps maintain safety and organization along the dock.
His reliability, teamwork, and proactive approach contribute to a seamless experience for guests and maritime partners alike.
Captain Ricky
Head Captain
Captain Ricky serves as Head Captain at YCN Miami, leading maritime operations with professionalism and precision. With extensive experience at sea, he ensures the highest standards of safety, vessel readiness, and onboard service across the fleet.

Margo Yudich
Head Stew & Chef
Margo serves as Head Stewardess at YCN Miami, where she leads onboard hospitality with elegance and attention to detail. In addition to overseeing guest service, she is also a talented chef, creating memorable dining experiences tailored to each charter.
