Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At YCN Miami, we take pride in delivering exceptional yacht charter and management experiences. Our goal is to ensure that every client receives outstanding service and enjoys a seamless experience from booking to boarding. Because our services are highly customized and involve significant advance preparation, our return and refund policies differ depending on the type of service purchased.


2. Yacht Charter Bookings

Once a charter booking is confirmed and payment has been received, the following refund terms apply:

  • More than 30 days before charter date: 80% refund of the total charter fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before charter date: 50% refund of the total charter fee.
  • Less than 15 days before charter date: No refund available.

Note: Refunds exclude any processing fees, bank charges, or third-party booking fees.

If weather conditions or technical issues prevent the charter from taking place, YCN Miami will make every effort to reschedule the trip or offer a credit valid for 12 months from the original date.


3. Cancellations by YCN Miami

In the rare event YCN Miami must cancel a charter (e.g., due to mechanical issues, safety concerns, or vessel unavailability), clients will be offered one of the following options:

  • Full refund of all payments made, or
  • Credit towards a future charter of equal value within 12 months.

YCN Miami is not responsible for additional costs incurred by clients, such as travel expenses or accommodation.


4. Special Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be made in cases of verified emergencies or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or serious illness), subject to documentation and YCN Miami’s approval.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please contact us at:

  • Your full name and booking reference number
  • Charter date and vessel name
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
