Our goal is to ensure that every client receives outstanding service and enjoys a seamless experience from booking to boarding. Because our services are highly customized and involve significant advance preparation, our return and refund policies differ depending on the type of service purchased.
2. Yacht Charter Bookings
Once a charter booking is confirmed and payment has been received, the following refund terms apply:
Note: Refunds exclude any processing fees, bank charges, or third-party booking fees.
If weather conditions or technical issues prevent the charter from taking place, YCN Miami will make every effort to reschedule the trip or offer a credit valid for 12 months from the original date.
3. Cancellations by YCN Miami
In the rare event YCN Miami must cancel a charter (e.g., due to mechanical issues, safety concerns, or vessel unavailability), clients will be offered one of the following options:
YCN Miami is not responsible for additional costs incurred by clients, such as travel expenses or accommodation.
4. Special Circumstances
Refund exceptions may be made in cases of verified emergencies or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or serious illness), subject to documentation and YCN Miami’s approval.
